Gish is a great album. I have the original gish album from caroline records and i bought the reissue version. This is one of my favorite albums to listen to on vinyl. Some tracks do sound a lot better than others which is true of the original release as well.

On the original version the cymbals and guitars sound a bit more natural. Plus the sound staging is a little better than the reissue. Gish 1991 is the smashing pumpkins debut album and a blinder it is. This reissue despite some surface noise right out of the sleeve provides the most accurate reproduction of gish available beating out the remastered digital version at least to my ears.
